Module: The Brand & The User

Welcome to Golfurex, a golf course brand operating within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. This document establishes the binding framework between Golfurex and individuals who utilize our online portal, hereafter referred to as members. By browsing our platform, interacting with our digital interface, or initiating an online booking, members explicitly agree to follow these Terms and Conditions in full. If any member disagrees with any portion of these regulations, they must stop using our portal immediately.

All content, including text, logos, layout structures, imagery, and design elements displayed on our website, are the exclusive intellectual property of Golfurex. Members are granted a restricted, non-transferable, and temporary license to view the platform content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unlawful duplication, distribution, or reproduction of our digital materials without our prior written consent is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of platform access.

Members agree to use our digital network solely for lawful purposes. You may not use this portal to transmit fraudulent requests, disruptive files, or illegal advertisements. To maintain service stability, we reserve the full authority to restrict, suspend, or terminate a member's platform access at our sole discretion, without prior notification, if we identify behavior that violates local statutes, breaches these rules, or damages our operational infrastructure.

Module: Logistics

Our platform operates as a reservation management tool for scheduling course sessions. After reserving an open spot through our website, a member's seat is held provisionally by our team for a maximum duration of 48 hours from the exact hour of the online reservation. This hold is a temporary arrangement and does not constitute a finalized booking.

To complete the reservation process, the member must physically visit our registered office located at China Hong Kong Centre, Canton Rd, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong within that designated 48-hour window. At our office, the member must complete the full payment of the session fees. If a member fails to visit our office and clear the full amount before the 48-hour holding period expires, the provisional hold will lapse automatically, and the spot will be released back into our open system for other users to reserve.

On the day of the scheduled game, it is the responsibility of the member to be present at our golf course facility exactly 1 hour before the game begins. This early arrival is necessary for our staff to complete check-in procedures and allocate course segments. Furthermore, all passengers must carry their valid national government ID with them during the day of the game. Our staff will check this identification upon arrival. Failure to show a valid government identity document will result in immediate denial of facility access. In such instances, the session will be categorized as a cancelled game on the spot, and no refunds will be entertained.

If a member fails to show up at the facility entirely or arrives after the scheduled session has commenced, our management will classify the situation as a no-show. A no-show is perceived automatically as a cancelled game executed past the allowable deadline. Under these circumstances, no refunds or session re-scheduling will be entertained under any circumstances.

Module: Returns

We understand that personal schedules can change, and therefore we allow cancellations under a clear structure. Any seats can be cancelled by a member up until the day of the game. The outcome of a cancellation depends on the timing of the request:

If the member cancels the reservation 24 hours before the date of the game, a full refund of the total fees will be refunded . However, in case any customer decides to cancel their game on the day of the journey, a 50% charge will be deducted from the original payment, and only the remaining half will be issued.

After a cancellation request is formally registered and acknowledged by our office staff, we will request the bank credentials of the customer to initiate an electronic transfer. Our administrative team will process the funds within 24 hours of the cancellation request. However, please note that it may take up to 7 days for the funds to reflect on the respective individual's account, depending entirely on their bank provider.

These regulations are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these logistics or refund mechanisms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Our staff is committed to maintaining open lines of communication to address user needs. Members can reach out to our team for any type of queries, reservation changes, or operational questions through our email address at play@golfurex.com .

Our support team stays live from 10AM to 7PM, HKT, Monday through Sunday . Any electronic correspondence or cancellation requests submitted outside of these live hours will be queued and addressed chronologically when our team resumes operations the following morning. We aim to respond to all standard inquiries within a reasonable timeframe during our live hours to ensure smooth processing of member requests.
